Interested hospitalists will be paired with an experienced volunteer coach with relevant QI expertise. QI coach and mentee pairs will work out the details of their engagement by adapting a general model to their specific needs. The program will provide the necessary documents to help mentees plan and implement their projects; QI coaches can help fill them out as needed. This program is at no cost to participants.
